If you claustrophobic, excessively large, an old person, a child or simply someone who prefers to be comfortable whilst staying in a single position for 45 minutes, then an Open MRI procedure is the right one for you. Many claim that the stronger magnet power of the Close MRI delivers better quality images and thus correct diagnosis, however, this is not true. Open MRI elicits diagnostically sufficient magnetic resonance to produce an image quality that is needed for head, chest, heart, pelvic, spinal, abdominal, circulatory, joint and bone exams to name a few. We use the world renown Hitachi AIRIS II machine which gives patient open accessibility and a wide table for extra comfort. Our prices start at AED 1,750 per scan.
